Te Kāhui Rongoā Trust: Notice of Trustee elections
NOTICE is hereby given that the Te Kāhui Rongoā Trust Elections for two (2) new trustees in the Te Tau lhu rohe will be held on 30th of September 2022 from 11am to 1pm at the offices of Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua, 15 Kinross Street, Blenheim.
Please note that:
Nominations for Trustees will close on 25th September. Nominations received after this date will not be eligible for election.
Nomination, Membership Registration and Voting forms are all available on our website www.rongoamaori.org.nz or from the nominated Kaiwhakahaere.
Voting online will be made available on Election Day for those who are unable to attend the Election hui personally. For details contact your Kaiwhakahaere.
Candidate profiles can be made available for all Registered Members and Interested Organisations in the Te Tau lhu region, on application to Asher Group E: office@ashergroup.co.nz
Only Registered Members and Interested Organisations are eligible to vote. The results of the Election will be confirmed at the next Annual General Meeting of the Trust (date to be confirmed in October). Members will be notified.

You are welcome to attend a Rohe Hui called to update members and discuss the election process on Friday 16th September from 11am to 1pm @ Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua, Blenheim.
