Rental rebates
Kaweka is being developed by Hāpai Housing. In partnership with Ka Uruora, Kaweka supports affordable rental outcomes for whānau through the Ka Uruora rental rebate. Kaweka has a range of market and rebate unit opportunities. 20 of the units are being offered to eligible members to enjoy significant discounts, ranging from 10% to 30% off the market rent depending on household incomes.
Kaweka rental opportunities are offered to participating iwi/Māori members of Hāpai and Ka Uruora under an initial exclusive priority window up to 31 August. This ensures that you have the first opportunity to seize the benefits of Kaweka before it opens up to others to participate.
